Clean Cut Sports (“We”) are committed to fulfilling and supplying all orders in a timely and efficient manner.
This policy sets out the basis on which all orders are supplied to Customers.
Order – Any order placed via our website.
Customer – The person who submitted the order to our website.
All orders will be automatically acknowledged by email via our automated system.
All orders shall be fulfilled within a maximum of 10 business days. In the unlikely event that orders (whether in full or in part) shall be unable to be fulfilled within this timescale then We shall contact the Customer to advise them of said delay, and to offer either an alternative, a refund, or to agree a revised date of dispatch.
In the unlikely event that We are unable to fulfill any order (whether in full or in part) then the Customer shall be entitled to a refund to the full equivalent value of the items unable to be supplied. Any refund shall be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.
